Many people think they are trapped between two extremes: they either have to starve and crave food constantly, or stay stuck and not reach their fitness goals. 

The good news: this isn’t true! 

The truth is you don’t have to give up a healthy relationship with food and feeling good to reach your fitness goals. In fact, its MUCH easier to not only reach your goals, but also have the ability to maintain it, if you find a lifestyle that doesn’t feel miserable in the process. 

Today’s Q&A video answers Melissa’s question. She asks: What’s a good way to find a fitness plan that doesn’t make you so hungry that you overeat to feel normal?
